Background
Architecture, interior design and construction projects involve multiple stakeholders including clients, architects, designers, project owners, project managers, consultants, contractors, vendors, site teams and specialists. Each stakeholder is responsible for different activities, decisions and deliverables, while project information is often distributed across WhatsApp, emails, calls, meetings, drawings, documents and spreadsheets.
As projects become more complex, this creates a coordination black hole where information may exist, but the relationship between that information and the people responsible for acting on it is unclear.
Problem
A change made by one stakeholder can affect multiple people, tasks, approvals and downstream activities. Identifying these impacts is often dependent on manual coordination and individual knowledge.
There is a need for a coordination intelligence layer that can understand:
